London

Last Monday I went to London for a Uni trip to visit the new Paul Smith exhibition; Hello, My Name is Paul Smith at the Design Museum. It was the first time i'd visited the Design Museum but i'd definitely recommend the exhibition. You enter by walking through Paul's very first Nottingham boutique (it was only 12 x 12 feet big) and journey through his life. His entire framed drawings/photo/painting collection covers two huge walls and his disorderly but equally as interesting office is recreated followed by some of his first ever pieces and collaborations.

If I learnt something, do not underestimate how long it actually takes to walk from London Bridge Station to the Museum. I had to run along South Bank with 4 minutes to spare before the coach departed... i'm not really used to London life!

In the afternoon I headed to Oxford/Regent/Carnaby Street to shoot some street style for one of our more creative projects which was good fun - but I was a bit slow at catching people as they hurried past on one of the busiest streets in London. I will definitely need to head back and get some more images over the next few weeks for my project.
