Filling the gap in the market of literally; affordable luxury, Finery London brings well-crafted quality and design to the online market (currently shipping to the UK, USA and Canada). It was ultimately refreshing to see this brand launch earlier this month - born between Asos's ex-Fashion Director/ex-Topshop Buying Director Caren Downie, Topshop Unique's ex-Head of Design Emma Farrow and Rachel Morgans, the brand is the brainchild of years of experience in the UK's fashion industry, and Finery London really has the potential to go far.
The Novello loafers, shown above, are some of the most well-made shoes I own and I certainly haven't seen another pair quite like them before. I can't wait to pop them on my feet for London Fashion Week this weekend (although, I certainly won't be taking them to New York the week after in fear my feet will get frostbite and fall off...!).
The site is everything you'd want from an online-only retailer, with large imagery and lovely behind-the-scenes information you begin to feel transported into the Finery's own little world... And if you have time, don't forget to pop into their Monmouth Street pop-up store - 'The Fitting Room' - which is only around until Monday 23rd Feb. A bit of a shame because it looks beautiful! I'll be making sure I pop in this weekend.
