Here's a little foodie post, dedicated to my favourite brunch hangout; The Breakfast Club. The London Bridge branch is the baby of the family, with 3 new branches soon opening (hint: one is outside of London). Bristol or Winchester next, plz?
We visited this little breakfast haven on Tuesday, the morning after our flight back from the best long-weekend break to Spain with the Birthday girl/BFF - Roo. The pancakes were the best i've ever tasted, and I am dead serious! They were soft but a little crumbly - and the maple syrup and bacon complimented them perfectly. Roo had the berry and cream pancakes and they did not disappoint either. A vanilla iced coffee was the perfect addition to my brunch - I couldn't imagine ordering anything else!
