[I've just got back from NYC, hence the minor delay to this post]. To start off my second and final day of London Fashion Week, Georgia and I made our way to the ME Hotel's 'Atrium' - a bizarrely shaped yet visually stunning room that couldn't have suited Hemyca's presentation any better. The models stood on podiums, wearing deep luxe burgundy leathers and abstract stripes. We made our way down to the hotel's Italian restaurant Cucina Asellina for eggs benedict and smoked salmon for brunch - yummy. Next up was Sibling's punk-inspired collection; fierce-looking models stormed the runway in statement knits with loose threads, latex and mohair. The orange look towards the end was my favourite, head-to-toe of the same colour is so powerfully striking. Lastly, we saw quite the opposite with Holly Fulton's ladylike collection of delicately beaded gowns, dresses and jackets. The Mongolian fur lined printed coat was a beautifully addition to the collection, something I can't get enough of recently.
