I'm wearing a COS coat, ZARA top, TOPSHOP jeans (similar), MANGO boots, ZARA bag, & OTHER STORIES sunglasses and ZARA scarf
Before last week, I hadn't even spared a single minute to think about what I was wearing to Fashion Week, let alone what I was even wearing to work that week for that matter. I spent Friday dashing into Zara on my lunch break. The pre fashion week panic was real.
After debating about Chloé's Faye for a good couple of months now, I spotted this little clutch-cross-shoulder bag sitting on the table at the Tottenham Court Road Zara. What perfect timing; this little bag had soon become the centre piece of my outfit. I chucked on some flared jeans (something I'm not used to saying, I swear by skinnies), my trusty Cos coat and added a velvet skinny scarf and snakeskin boots.
Although I only attended Saturday, I still got to see the new Soho location that goes by the name of Brewer Street Car Park at the Jasper Conran show at 10am. Full of seaweed, khaki, avocado and algae greens, the collection was a very wearable mix of clean-cut silhouettes and flowing sequins.
After a spot of brunch at Jackson and Rye, I headed off to the incredibly innovative Minki Cheng and Omer Asim presentations at the Elms Lesters Painting Rooms - a backstreet studio full of industrial high ceilings and natural light.
See you February, LFW!
