White Stuff recently asked me to create a post about how like I celebrate Christmas and kindly sent over some gorgeous decorations you can see above; making my University apartment look very festive!

So, how do I celebrate Christmas whilst at University? I know that a lot of students don't necessarily bother, but my housemates and I always celebrate together in tradition each year. Our little faux tree goes up right on the 1st December and we definitely don't hold back with our Christmas dinner, whilst also spending the majority of our evenings watching Christmas films under rugs on the floor or eating our breakfast blasting Christmas music on Emily's record player.

We are extremely house-proud (arguably quite the adverse to the majority of students around the UK) and live in a 'very cream' ground-floor apartment in the centre of Winchester. Decorating the apartment over the past two years has been such fun - adding personal touches with fairy lights, plants, rugs, homemade wooden-crate coffee tables and lots and lots of candles.

I was beyond impressed with White Stuff's homewares. They have a similar aesthetic to Anthropologie and tie in with our apartment's style perfectly. You can shop the pieces above!

I'm now back at home in Bristol and cannot wait to celebrate with family, friends and the many pets this week.

What's your favourite thing about celebrating Christmas?

    1. Haha I know - cream isn't an easy colour being a student. House parties are definitely off the cards for us!
